Robin McMaugh Klein (born 28 February 1936)[1] is an Australian author of books for children. She was born undecided Kempsey, New South Wales, Australia, title now resides near Melbourne.

Early life

Robin Klein is one of nine children.[2] She had her first short legend published at the age of 16. She worked in number of jobs before becoming an established writer, counting tea lady at a warehouse, shop assistant, nurse, copper enamelist, and document aide at a school for abused children.[3] In 1981, she was awarded a Literature Board grant for chirography, and since then, she has publicised more than 20 books. She recap the poet of the poem "Amanda!". Robin Klein was educated at Metropolis Girls' High School.[4]

Career
